All Car Engine Components - Car Engine Parts and Functions - Car Engine Explained Animation Diagram
This video introduces all car engine parts and functions with animation and diagram. Car engines are marvels of engineering, transforming fuel into the kinetic energy that propels us forward. To understand the inner workings, let's break it down into three major components that play pivotal roles in the engine's operation - the cylinder head, the cylinder block, and the timing system.
1) Cylinder head - It houses the combustion chambers, valves, and spark plugs. Think of it as the command centre, orchestrating the controlled explosions that generate power.

Car Engine Components, Car Engine Parts and Functions animation & diagram The engine is the heart of a car. It is a complex machine built to convert the heat from combustion gases into the forces that turn the wheels on the road. It consists of two main parts. The heavy part at the bottom is the cylinder block, which is the housing for the main moving parts of the engine. The cylindrical block ...

I definitely prefer independent multi-link over any non-independent suspensions.
like it!!
advanced technology!!
i like apple!!!
i like apple!!!
Thats not torsion beam suspension, you animation is clearly independent suspension with a rear diff
It's wrong to say the leaf springs are "secured once with the clamps", in the video. They are not. The clamps are only connected to the bottom leaf and wrap around the ones above it, allowing them to shift forward and back but NOT side to side. Ya?
New parts engineer for car in the future
Hello, thank you for the beautiful explanation. Can I take parts of the video to explain in my own lessons?
Thank you so mach sir.blassed by jesus name you & your family's

very helpful
Illustration is not a MacPherson strut. MacPherson strut is a simplified strut suspension that uses the anti-roll bar to locate the suspension fore and aft to carry the brake reaction forces. As used by Ford England from around 1949.
baground sound is high
For 4x4 pick up truck suitable for positive camber ?
Double wishbone baby!
Helpful video , thanks
Very informative
this is mediocre. many important things are unanimated
Very helpful, Thanks.
Thank you
Thank you for the video🙏🏻
Helpful video
If you remove that background music, it’d be more beneficial and understandable for some to focus on the content, especially those that are new to the materiL
Turn volume off bro
Your the best teacher
plz do for McPh strut
Interested to know how the car engine works.....send the feedback
Perfect analysis, thank you! Just a question: if you add a spring spacer at the springs of a torsion beam (in order to raise the ride height at the back), you affect the spring preload?
Thanks, I really like the structure chart
Needed this one
This could have been a useful youtube video. But you did the robot voice. GTFO
Great! Huge thanks Bro!
Nice Thank you very much!
Thanks for the great efforts to put the info here! Just one comment, the background music is too loud and annoying to be of any value added for the good content info , suggest removing the background music.
Great graphics and example animations
Very informative
3:30 Wouldn't the front wheels of a shopping cart be negative caster?
Excellent thank you

One of the disadvantages of leaf springs not mentioned is what's called "inter leaf friction" meaning the individual leaves have to slide against each other when compressed. It has the effect of making the ride harsher but in the very earliest days of the automobile (before shock absorbers) it also provided something of a crude damping effect. Another disadvantage is the weight of the spring stack is un-sprung. Designers work to keep un-sprung weight to a minimum as it aggravates the tendency of the tires to bounce like a basketball when hitting bumps. The mono-leaf spring mentioned solves both of these issues.
How i explain caster is the forward or rearward tilt of the steering axis from vertical. Rearward tilt is positive and forward tilt is negative.
As far as I'm concerned shopping carts are negative camber.
Poor animation - the shock absorber should be compressed where the spring is, not below that point....
Steering components are connected to the knuckle, not the hub. The hub is connected to the knuckle through the wheel bearing, allowing the hub to rotate with the wheel but be aligned firmly in place by the knuckle.
